Dr. Nicholas Gresock

Dr. Nicholas Gresock earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, where he was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Scholastic Honor Society and received the NYCC Health Center Award for excellence in diagnosis and patient care during his clinical training.

He completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at the University of Pittsburgh and integrates years of fitness instruction and rehabilitation experience into his chiropractic care to help patients recover, move better, and perform at their best.

Dr. Gresock is board certified and licensed in Pennsylvania in chiropractic and adjunctive procedures. He is a certified Graston Technique® Specialist and certified in KDT Spinal Decompression Therapy. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, serving on its Legislative Committee, and is a life member of the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association.

In addition to his chiropractic practice, Dr. Gresock is deeply involved in his community. From 2012-2025, he held elected office for 14 years, serving six years as a councilperson and eight years as Mayor of the Municipality of Monroeville. He is also a long-time member of the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Gresock lives in Monroeville and enjoys outdoor activities, mountain biking, coaching girls’ softball, and spending time with his wife, Tara, daughters Hannah and Allie, and their dogs, Leo and Chopper.
